Bonboon is a warm and cordial vegan restaurant in the Jordaan in Amsterdam. Driven by love for animals, good food and good wine, we offer our guests a wonderful, relaxing evening without the use of animal products.
Fried oyster mushroom rolled in nori, fennel seed, and sesame – oyster mushroom puree with roasted yeast – chicory cooked in Marmite butter – watercress –
raw red chicory and chicory with grapefruit and green pepper.
Risotto with smoked romanesco puree and curry – romanesco confit –
pickled romanesco – pine nuts – crispy curry leaves.
Spring onion, rhubarb, and apple beignet with garam masala – apple and
lapsang souchong glaze – labneh – smoked apple compote – sweet and sour rhubarb.
For reservations we ask for a deposit of € 25.00 per person.
